Something to try. . .

During my daily search through LifeHacker sites I found this and thought it may be of use to some of you. Luminotes Personal Wiki Notebook, its a simple way to get organized, gather thoughts and ideas etc.  It has a simple, clean interface that many people will appreciate.  Using a tool like this will allow you to access your info from anywhere.  Its by not means the only one available, Google Notes is great too.  It is however worthy of consideration.  Above is a screenshot thumbnail that you can click to enlarge to give you an idea of how it looks and works.
